ALERT February 10th, 2012: We received many support requests from consumers in Europe asking for support for the "Cherry C807" and similar products. All this "Cherry"-like products are Cherrypal clones, of poor quality, in copyright violation, and not supported by us.

We are in the process to change our "Product Support" site from a traditional bulletin board site to a knowledge based self-service support system. We are almost done!
