 Q:  Why is Cherrypal now a part of the Education Wins (Edwin) Foundation?

A:  Cherrypal was founded in 2008; the Education Wins (Edwin) Foundation was originally an initiative within Cherrypal ("Good Morning Edwin") and became an independant non-profit organization in  2010. In December of 2011 the founder of Cherrypal, Max Seybold, decided to donate the Cherrypal brand to the Education Wins (Edwin) Foundation in order to secure its long-term objectives; offer reliable and high-quality phones, tablet and laptop computers for the lowest possible price. The long term vision is to make Internet access and eLearning affordable and available to everyone and everywhere.


Q:  Does Cherrypal ship worldwide?

A:  Yes we do. We ship to any country in the world as long as the shipping address is accepted by our fulfillment partner and your local postal services. We provide a tracking number for every shipment. The shipping cost is US$ 18.80 per Cherrypal, no matter where you are in the world. All Cherrypal products tolerate 110V to 240V. We ship individual orders with US power outlet. All you need to do is buy a very inexpensive adapter locally.


Q:  What screen technology is used in CherryPad tablet computers?

A.  We used risistive screen technology in The CherryPad America C515 due to cost reasons. All current models (CherryPad Edwin C807, C810, C599) come with capacitive multi-touch screens. See below how it works.

Q:  What happens when my Cherrypal breaks or I need technical support?

A.   First, our defection rate is way below industry standard. Second, in the unlikely event that it really breaks you send it back to us (or your local reseller) and we will replace it immediately. All Cherrypal products come with a 1-year replacement and 30-days money-back guarantee.


Q:  What colors do you offer for your Cherrypal products?

A.   We don't offer color choices in order to keep the cost as low as possible.


Q:  We are a charitable organization and would like to become a Cherrypal reseller. We have no previous reseller experience though. Can you help us?

A.   Yes, we will train you and your team and make sure it will be a positive experience for you and your customers.
